I have come to know about Project 511 when I first moved back to India after being away from the country for over 15 years. I had been involved in projects involving Indian schools before. I was looking to get myself involved more when I read about Project 511 in a local magazine.

My intention for reaching out to Project 511 is to utilize your expertise in executing projects for the most needy schools and you have not disappointed me. In addition to working with me on a local government school near my neighborhood, you promptly assisted me in finding a school that I came to know through the newspaper as one needing sanitary and drinking water facilities. I was happy that after a single phone conversation you were able to trace the school (Alwal Girls High School) after a long research. It was breeze for me to focus on collecting donations from my friends and family while you worked closely with me in designing the facilities, planning the project and finally executing the project within the budget without me having to move out of my office. What more can a donor like me ask for.

My experience working with Project 511 on the local government school at Kothaguda was another exceptional achievement. You have given me genuine feedback as to what to fund and what not to fund. Where to expect the government to pick the tab and where my donations would be best utilized. You have helped me build long relationship with the school and its staff. 

I have just finished four years of my association with Project 511 and my strong association due to support I get from executives like Rajni Sinha who helped guide me through these projects and advising me appropriately.

Project 511 has been exceptional in executing the projects and staying within budget. You have been open with their costs and expenses. This is exactly what donors like me look for NGOs to help the needy schools - a trustworthy NGO that will do what it promises to do.

Good Education is the pillar on which a progressive nation is built. In my view, Project 511 is one such initiative that is increasingly bringing about a revolutionary change in promoting basic secondary education in Andhra Pradesh. All such initiatives necessarily don’t have to begin with government participation. As a responsible citizen, it is for each of us to willingly participate in such thought - provoking ventures.

Our credo has always been to provide financial awareness and independence to every Indian and reach out to the remotest location of this country. Project 511 is an initiative with similar goals that is aligned to Karvy's philosophy. We are extremely privileged to be associated with this developmental initiative.

I have been associated with project 511 for the last about 5 years. I find that working with the Project very satisfying and fruitful. I have adopted a Government primary school under the Project’s programme and have been able to provide some useful facilities, like wall black-boards, furniture for one class room and a shed. The students were helped with note books and pencil boxes. All this was made possible due to the guidance and assistance given by the project officials.

I was happy that I could provide model question papers to class 10 students in about 5 schools, as per the planning done by the Project.

All the welfare schemes are well thought of, planned and executed by the officials and volunteers of Project 511, as result of which patrons find it very encouraging and easy to actively contribute and participate in all the ventures to their entire satisfaction. Project 511 is need of the hour in the twin cities and deserves full support from all well wishers to the cause of education.

I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Project 511 on behalf of Chakkilam Infotech and it is indeed my pleasure working with Project 511 Team.

Today’s children are our nation’s future and Project 511’s endeavor to provide basic educational necessities to these 2,50,000 deprived & needy children in more than 800 schools in Hyderabad is commendable. Project 511’s initiative to help the underfunded, poorly managed and under staffed schools is definitely making a visible difference in today’s government run schools for a better tomorrow.

Working with Miss Rajini and her team in Project 511 has been a wonderful experience. One strong area for this NGO is the mobile science lab. The mobile science lab is a very innovative thought and a good example of optimizing resources as well as improving quality of education. Project 511 has not only focused on infrastructure needs of schools but also on the quality of education (i.e. pass percentage, English education etc).

I would definitely be very happy to see more such innovative thoughts going forward.

We have always believed that India has to invest in education, infrastructure and environment. And we are glad to be associated with Project 511, which is helping the cause of education for the deprived. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Smitha, Suresh, Richa, Paul and members of the Governing Council including Sunil and Shravan of Team Project 511 for the outstanding work that Project 511 is doing in the field of Education in Andhra Pradesh.

CII – Yi had tied up with Project 511 by signing an MOU to jointly take up Project Blackboard in deserving Government schools in Hyderabad and to support this activity across India. In our first year itself, the Project 511 team was able to implement this project in 40 schools benefitting 6195 students. CII Yi raised over Rs. 3 Lakhs for this project, and we are very happy with the efficiency with which the project was implemented and the benefit it has given to the students, who we had a chance to interact with directly.

Project 511 has worked in the Education space in 312 schools and has impacted over 62,000 students. We have always looked out for supporting worthy causes in an efficient manner, and I have not found any organization better than Project 511.

Based on the excellent work carried out by the Project 511 team, we at CII – Yi have decided to continue our support and to work together to implement Project Blackboard in other deserving Government schools in this year. I strongly recommend to all that we work together and support Project 511 and reach out to more deserving students.

With the emergence of many corporate schools and competition, children from financially background families who are interested to study but cannot do so, attend government schools. It is common knowledge that government schools do not provide basic amenities to students. Project 511 is doing a commendable work by providing infrastructure and basic amenities in government schools, thereby helping students.

We have observed their work and appreciate their dedication and passion in standing up for such a cause and taking up responsibility of indirectly educating the children, which go a long way in the education of the downtrodden of the community. We have been associated with “Project 511” for over 30 months as a volunteer and donor. We found “Project 511” to be different in a way that they work on very specific necessity driven improvements for government schools, as well as provide basic facilities which are absent in many schools. Basic good infrastructure & hygienic environment is the first step towards building a good education system.
 
The team is very enthusiastic, and we were very impressed with their level of dedication to the various causes associated with “Project 511”.
