Hyderabad Round Table 8 is a member of the Round Table India (RTI), a fellowship and community service organization. It is one of the oldest tables in the country and has been involved in various charitable activities.  Round Table India started the Freedom Through Education campaign 10 years ago. This aims at putting 1 million children into schools who otherwise would not have gone to schools. RTI does this by building additional infrastructure for primary education. More than 600 schools have been built across India. There are over 40 schools in and around Hyderabad constructed by the Round Table. The Hyderabad Round Table 8 has built 5 schools in this period and 3 more schools are nearing completion.
